DeEtta has 15 years of consulting experience conducting hydrogeologic and groundwater resource evaluations for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. She is an experienced project manager who specializes in planning and implementing multifaceted municipal groundwater supply and managed aquifer recharge (MAR) projects, including aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) and artificial groundwater recharge (AR). Her expertise includes water system master plans, hydrogeologic investigations, and production well design, construction, and testing.
